Company Policy

Rainbow Creations reserves the right to refuse to complete any event that has the potential to cause damage to its equipment or, in its
opinion, may pose undue risk to riders or others in the immediate area.

Delivery
We offer Free Delivery!
If you are in excess of 25 miles from our Willis location, we require a $300 minimum order.
If you are in excess of 40 miles from our Willis location, we require a $500 minimum order.

If you are in excess of 60 miles from our Willis location, we require a $700 minimum order.
​If you are in excess of 80 miles from our Willis location, we require a $900 minimum order


Cancellations for Rentals
Deposit refunds will only be given only if cancellation is due to weather forecast and received prior (more than 3 hours) to delivery of the event or the weather conditions (see below) are unacceptable at time of set up. There will be no additional charge for rescheduling due to weather or other reasons. Deposits may not be refunded due to "change of mind" cancellation, only in terms of unacceptable weather. If full rental amount has been paid in advance, all funds received in excess of the deposit will be fully refundable up to the day of rental, however once the unit or units is\are setup, the full amount of the rental is non-refundable. Any and all refunds are credited to card on file if paid by credit card. If payment was made in cash, the refund will be given by company check due to accounting purposes. If payment is made by check, refunds will be held for 10 days or until check clears company bank.

Bad Weather
Rainbow Creations will not setup equipment in rain, snow, high wind (in excess of 20 mph), or muddy conditions. It is strongly recommended that you reserve an alternate indoor location for your event (such as a church or school gym). In the event of the possibility of bad weather, you will be given the option to cancel the morning of the event 3 hours before set up time and receive a refund of your deposit. If you choose to have us come out and we are unable to set up due to weather conditions (wind, rain, snow, mud) you will forfeit your deposit. Once setup, the full amount of the rental is non-refundable, even if the event is cut short due to bad weather.
If the forecast is calling for rain at any point during the day of your rental, we will call to speak with you beforehand. You will have the choice to cancel the rental at no cost to you, or you may choose to keep the rental as planned (assuming the weather is anywhere agreeable to setting up). IF you chose to get the rental and it does rain, you will be subjected to a $50 drying/cleaning fee for the unit. We want you to have as much fun as possible, but cleaning up and drying out the inflatable can be daunting work, as well as risking future rentals due to the unit being wet. Don't worry though, all of this will be explained to you and the choice is always yours!

Cold Weather
At temperatures below 55 degrees, the inflatable units can not be set up. If you book an event when there is the possibility of cold weather and you do not have an indoor location, be aware that upon arrival we may not be able to set up the equipment if the air temperature is below 55 degrees. You will be given the option to cancel 3 hours prior to the event and receive a refund of your deposit, however your deposit is not refundable once the units leave our warehouse.

Returned Checks
For the convenience of our customers Rainbow Creations accepts checks for payment of its services. Any checks returned and deemed unpayable by the financial institution upon which they were drawn, for any reason, will cause and additional $50.00 Returned Check Fee to be added to the balance due from said customer.
